Tony Johnstone Pro-Am for MS Society, 7th September
A year ago, Michael suggested to European Tour Professional Tony Johnstone, a good friend, that a special day should be put together to raise funds for the MS Society. This day finally came to fruition after ten months of meticulous planning and the whole hearted support of the European Tour and the Tour Players' Foundation.
Tony was diagnosed with MS six years ago and told that he would never play golf again. Now, six years later, he has made a "miraculous" recovery and he owes this to being placed on a remarkable trial involving a drug called Alemtuzumab. Back to his former golfing glory, he has just won the Senior Masters at Woburn!
The Tony Johnstone Pro-Am was held at Sunningdale Golf Club in aid of the MS Society. Over £ 100,000 was raised which was truly amazing.

And thank you also TEEforeTWO members for supporting Tony and the MS Society by coming to our special day at Merrist Wood in July where Tony gave a fabulous short game clinic.
