PGA Annual Lunch, 18th December
It may have been snowing in many parts of the country on Friday 18th December, but wintery weather did not deter intrepid TEEforeTWO Members from making the journey to the Grosvenor House Hotel in London's Park Lane for the Annual PGA Luncheon.
We all met up in the Rink Bar which overlooks the spectacular Ballroom for pre-lunch drinks.
The Ballroom was packed for this annual celebration of Golf. Hosted by Ian Robertson (BBC Radio Rugby Commentator), who regaled us with hilarious stories, the mood was certainly festive.
Guest of Honour was Corey Pavin, Captain of the U.S. Ryder Cup Team 2010. Yes, it's only just over 9 months until Monty's boys take on the current holders of the famous Trophy! The big question around the Ballroom was, of course, "Will Tiger be playing"?
The official part of the proceedings finished at 4 p.m. and the TEEforeTWO party finished much, much later!
With the raising of a glass and a toast to fellow Members for a Happy Christmas, we parted company, looking forward to all the TEEforeTWO Events that are to come in 2010.
